Has over 22 years of experience in 2nd tier audit firms with expertise in corporate external (financial) and internal audit, accounting and advisory, in Romania and Moldova.

 

He coordinated complex statutory and IFRS financial statements audit engagements for prominent Romanian and multinational companies, and assurance engagements, for small, medium size and large local and multinational companies as well as for public interest entities and listed entities, with main specialization in manufacturing, energy, FMCG, services, automotive, production, retail & IT. Main US clients: DURA Automotive Systems, Plastipak, Avery Dennison, Estee Lauder.

He is a Certified Auditor in Romania (with ASPAAS – the Authority for Public Oversight of the Statutory Audit Activity), member of CAFR (Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors) and FCCA, Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.
