Has over 15 years’ experience in working with international client portfolios from various industries (such as ecommerce, energy, professional services, IT&C, pharmaceutics, real estate, oil & gas), mainly assisting foreign private clients, corporations, and institutional investors on management, corporate compliance, and governance advisory.

Crina has a twofold specialization and is coordinating for more than 12 years the Group’s division comprising both the Corporate Service Practice and the Translation Service Practice, with offices in Bucharest and Sibiu, currently focusing on leading teams and managing the business operations and the strategical direction of the division.

Crina holds a Professional Executive Qualification from the University of Oxford in London, in Leadership, Advanced Project Management and Change Management, being also qualified as a STEP Affiliate in International Trust Management by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in London. She has a BA in Applied Modern Languages in conjunction with Université d’Artois in Arras, France, and a MA in Specialized Translations, being also certified as a Sworn Translator and Interpreter for English and French by the Ministry of Justice in Romania, and an active member in the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Romania since 2010.
